AMATA Return & Store Credit Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If an item is not quite right, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Returns for Preference or Change of Mind

Items returned because of fit, color preference, change of mind, or simply deciding the item is not for you are eligible for store credit only.

To qualify for a return:

• The return must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
• The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• All original tags, accessories, dust bags, straps, packaging, and other included items must be returned with the merchandise.
• Items showing signs of use, wear, damage, odors, or alteration may not be accepted.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once the return is received and inspected, approved returns will be issued as AMATA store credit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Please include your order number and photographs showing the issue.

Verified damaged, defective, or incorrect items will be handled separately from preference returns. Depending on the situation, AMATA may provide a replacement or refund to the original payment method.

If the issue was caused by an error on our part, AMATA will be responsible for the appropriate return or replacement shipping costs.

Final Sale Items

Items specifically marked Final Sale or Clearance are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return Authorization

Please contact AMATA before sending any merchandise back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

After your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Refund Processing

If a refund to the original payment method is approved for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
